Welcome to Bianca's Nails & Beauty Salon LLC Hi, my name is Bianca Marie; owner of Bianca's Nails & Beauty Salon LLC! Thank you for choosing me as your nail technician and beautician. Please read everything carefully before booking your appointment. Deposits: * Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. * Balance is due day of appointment cash, debit/credit cards. Policy: * Deposits are required upon booking, once you have completed your booking you will receive an email with confirmation and location. * Please be aware of the area. If you are not sure where to go please do not wait til day of appointment and contact me prior to your appointment * ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be issued after visits. If you have a issue with style, design, or nail breaks please contact me within the week. If nail does break after the first week you will have to schedule a nail fix. * No foreign refills. - I DO NOT refill over anyone’s work you will need to schedule a removal and a full set. * A limit of one adult guest. If you’re bringing your child/children please make sure they are accommodated so your appointment runs smoothly. Cancellations: * SAME DAY or LATE (48 hours or less) cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit. A new deposit will be required for a new appointment. * NO SHOW cancellations will result in you forfeiting your deposit, 50% fee will be charged and will be banned from booking! * If you cancel BEFORE the 24 hour window I will allow only ONE reschedule with the same deposit. Late Policy: * If you’re 10 mins late there will be a late fee of $10. * If you’re 15 mins late appointment will be automatically cancelled, 50% fee charged to your card and a NEW deposit will be required to rebook.
